FAQ'S

1. Can I be a Model for upcoming fashion shows/events Gracious Jean Co. have?

Yes, Please send in professional photos, contact information along with short bio to info@graciousjean.co with MODEL INQUIRY as the subject.

2. How long will it take for me to receive my garment?

All custom and pre-made garments are made to order. Please allow 1 business day for processing.

**Custom garments require two consultations and consultation fee must be paid at the time of booking.**

Pre-made garments ship 2-3 days.

**Premade items require full payment during check out.**

Ready to wear garments require 1-2 business day for processing and ships one day following processing completion.

**If you need an item expedited please select priority shipping when checking out.**

*** Please allow 2 business days for processing for all rush orders.***

3. Is a fitting required for garments?

There is a minimum of two consultations required for all custom orders. Consultation appointments can be scheduled on the BOOK ONLINE page. Premade and ready to wear items do not require a consultation prior to purchasing. There is a $60 dollar consultation fee that goes towards final cost.

**Consultation can be completed face to face or via zoom.**

4. Do you make plus size garments?

YES! All garments are made to fit sizes XS- XX. If you are uncertain of your size then it is RECOMMENDED THAT you schedule a fitting. There is a nonrefundable $30 fitting session fee.

5. Do you offer alteration/tailor services?

Yes, tailor/alteration services start at $45 dollar but varies depending on services needed.  Please allow 1  business day for alterations.

6. Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, every package will have a tracking number one the order has been shipped. Once the payment was accepted you will receive a confirming your order and order number. Once Items is shipped you will receive another email with tracking information and exchange policy.

7. Do you do refunds?

Unfortunately, Gracious Jean Co., does not process refunds! However, exchanges are available on nonuse/worn undamaged items.  Please review exchange/return policy on POLICY PAGE.

8. Are fabric swatches available? Fabric Swatches are available for an additional $10.
