Customer Orders

All custom order requires a 50 % nonrefundable deposit to hold order. Final payment is required 3 weeks following deposit date.

All customer garments require consultation and two fitting sessions.

Fitting appointments will be discussed during consultation.

Fitting Hours:

Monday: Closed

Tuesday: 12-8:30 pm

Wednesday: Closed

Thursday: 12-8:30 pm

Friday:3-9pm

Sunday: 12pm-3pm

Saturday 9am-5pm

*There is a $60 consultation fee included in your deposit, that goes towards your final order total. If you are unable to attend fitting, then you are required to forward you body measurements over to Gracious Jean Co. It is highly recommended that you go to professional tailor for measurements to ensure accuracy. **

All custom garments can be shipped once final payment has been received.

There is an additional fee for shipping that will be discussed during consultation.

Exchange/Return Policy:

We do not process refunds; However, we do offer exchanges in the event of a return please follow these guidelines.  Please take the time to fill out the back of your receipt along with the return. We would like to know the reason for the return so we can better serve our customers. When initially trying on Gracious Jean Co. garments please try them on delicately. We inspect every single item before they are shipped, as they are carefully hand folded one by one, with gloves.  Please allow up to 2 days to process your return.
